Fundación Pilar y Joan Miró in Mallorca was probably one of the most inspiring moments of our trip to the island and therefore I need to share this moment with you.
The place is composed by three different buildings: The painting studio, the second painting & sculpture studio and the headquarters. The painting studio designed by Miró’s friend Josep Lluís Sert is a beautiful piece of architecture and the vibe you get inside is just unique. All Miró’s work has been left untouched here and you can still feel that magic and creativity in the air. Mood images, an inspiring collection of small objects, brushes and pencils, stained tables and floors, finished paintings and others not completed make this space as you see it…
On your way up to the second studio, this one a late 18th century Mallorcan house, you’ll be amazed by the views into the ocean and there, all the way up, you will see it… An old house shadowed by the tall trees and inside Miró’s sculptures and painted walls will surprise you.
Not much more to add only that you shouldn’t miss it next time you visit Palma de Mallorca.

Back in January this year we made a trip to Mont Real, Canada. That was our first time ever in Canada and we just loved it. We had an amazing time despite the snow storm and cold weather and we couldn’t wait to discover more of Canada.
Niagara Falls was on our list for a long time too so we put it all together, combined Toronto and Niagara Falls and went off on a beautiful and exciting trip. We took a car across New York state all the way up to Buffalo (We can’t deny we’ve been enjoying our car rides across U.S.!). That beautiful countryside landscape, small towns poping here and there. Five hours drive and there we were crossing the bridge to Canada.
We spent a week in Toronto. We stayed at The Annex Hotel. Great spacious rooms with big windows full of natural light and modern interior. We had a great stay! Toronto is a really cool city and it kind of reminds me a mix in between Scandinavia and U.S.. Amazing food. Great shops and coffee places. Lovely to walk around the city and just discover all the neighbourhoods.
The Niagara Falls were, well I guess you can imagine - Stunning! It’s just unbelievable and so impressive. I’m so happy we went and so grateful we got to see that spectacular landscape live.
This was one of my favorite looks to walk around the city and it’s been one of my most worn dresses this Summer. Its minimal lines make it super easy to wear for any occasion (day and night) and the jersey fabric makes it super confortable and cosy. The shoes, well, they are just that staple piece and they make any simple outfit super cool and edgy. Love them!

ACNE STUDIOS pale yellow full circle jersey skirt // COS oversized T-shirt // Handmade hat bought in Austin, Texas // ACNE STUDIOS technical chunky sneakers // DRIES VAN NOTEN sunglasses
Pale yellow has definitely been one of my favourite colors this Summer and I’m so happy that some of my so loved brands such as Acne Studios and COS have been launching a few pieces in this color. It matches beautifully with neutrals and whites making a perfect and fresh color combo.
I have to confess I was quite concerned about this Acne Studios jersey skirt and thats why it took my so long to buy it. It’s a full circle skirt made in a jersey fabric which for those of you that don’t know, jersey fabric is way more risky to pull threads than a woven fabric. Adding on the fact that it has a raw edge hem. I was just imagining myself siting on a chair somewhere and getting it all ripped off. Headache! At the end I didn’t resist and I ended up buying it when sales just started in May and I could finally justify myself. I bought 2 sizes down from my usual size (it fits pretty big), I always watch out where I sit and I wash it my hand. If you love it you got to take good care of it and make it last!
Around the 4th of July holiday we planed a Southwest road trip. It was just the perfect timing and we had been planning on it for a while by then. We did Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, Austin and ended up in Santa Fé in 10 days all by car. It was tight, yes, and we could have done it shorter but I just couldn’t imagine not to do Santa Fé. I was so drawn by the architecture and landscape (the desert… again! You know me) so we just went for it. We did it! And you know what, I am so grateful and happy that we did. Loved every bit of the way. It was wonderful! We loved every place we visited, so different from each other and so beautiful but I have to confess Santa Fé just took my heart. WE LOVE IT!
We stayed at El Rey Court (which I had been following on Instagram for a while and couldn’t miss) and we had the best stay we could which for. The place is amazing so we couldn’t resist to shoot a few photos around there. This color combo was just perfect for the desert and I feel like I’m just matching the architecture of the place.
I promise to post more about Santa Fé and El Rey Court in another post. In the meantime you can check out my Instagram for more.

TAILOR MADE linen apron dress with front pockets // ACNE STUDIOS black Tee // CÉLINE by Phoebe Philo cord slippers // LOEWE Paula sunglasses
On repeat. I never get tired of this place that’s it.
Another day in Palm Springs. The sun is high and the heat travels in waves fighting against the concrete of the buildings and the sands of the deserts. Beautiful desert. Quite and peaceful.
Linen is always a good choice for this days and a wide silhouette too. Wearing this tailor made wide apron dress with front and back V-neck and patch pockets in front over a slinky modal jersey Tee from Acne Studios. So fresh and confortable. Paired with this Céline by Phoebe Philo cord slippers (they remind me of a loaf of bread cut in slices, specially the brown ones) that I’ve been lucky enough to find in my size for nearly half price. Ready for anything and everything…
